Mighty Engine is a Philadelphia-based creative agency leading the region’s social-impact work. As Digital Experience Director, I oversaw all web design, strategy and development, along with motion design and select video production.

I modernized the agency’s digital practice by shifting teams to a unified Webflow–Figma workflow, delivering faster iteration, clearer collaboration and a cohesive design language. I also led a full rebrand and site refresh, introducing a contemporary minimalist aesthetic and motion-driven identity system that elevated both the agency and its client work.

On the operations side, I implemented automation and streamlined processes that reduced production time by 30–40%, improving consistency and scalability across projects. These updates—spanning design systems, animation libraries, and asset pipelines—helped establish a new level of technical rigor and polish across the agency’s digital output.
